Great place! Customer service was awesome!! I love the set up it's not just Chinese workers.. they have White , Black, Spanish and Chinese. Everyone was laughing having a great time while getting service. Great place to visit. I got my nails and eyebrows did and I love it!!

I’m not from the area but I needed a pedicure while I was there for my trip so I googled nail places around and this place had better reviews compared to others in the area so I thought it would be a good choice. When I walked in there was a young boy who worked there sitting in one of the pedicure chairs with his shoes inside of the where you put your feet to soak. The owner I’m guessing was sitting in a recliner with her shoes off on her phone. Another man who looked to be related to the woman was sitting at a nail station with a tank top on eating beef jerky on his phone.(someone came in to get a refil and before she could sit down he went and put on a shirt) At that point I wanted to walk out but did not want to be rude. I did not see them clean the thing that my feet were going to soak in or anything like that, considering that boy was sitting in chairs with his dirty shoes in there I felt like it should have been sanitized. The place I use at home is very clean and puts a plastic thing down for your feet and opens new packages of toenail tools on each person so going here was a shock to me. The place was very unprofessional. I was not going to leave a review but I wanted others to know about my experience Because when you google this place the reviews are great.

Nail salon was ok but not to my expectations. Only reason I visited was because the other nail salons I go to was close or packed. Need to be more professional, stay off the phones. Chinese tech all she do is sit in the chair on her phone and just greets u when u come in. They need to use the plastic bags when doin pedicures. Not sure how they got the grade they have with it looking soon junky in there. White girl didn't even clean out the foot tub after she finished my feet she just went to break. Overall place needs attention and cleaned up. Just seems grounded in there. I want be going there again.

I went on Sunday 8/5/18 with my daughter. She got her medi and pedi and it costed me $10.00 for her, which I’m good with. When it came to me. I asked for the sns nails ( dip powder nails ) the nail technician tried to talk me out of it, which I told her I wanted it. It cost me $ 40.00 bucks because she said the chrome on two fingers was considered a design, which I wasn’t told about until after. So I’m now on three days and the tip has already chipped and broke. I was told and read that sns nails don’t chip or brake. I’m not happy with my nails and I don’t even want to go back and get them fixed. I’ll go to another nail salon. I don’t recommend coming to them.

Brought my daughter in for pedicures. I was happy they take appointments, as many local nail places do not. We ended up with manis, pedis and eyebrow waxing. Trinity was awesome! The owner made sure we were comfortable and happy with our services. Great prices and superior service. We will be back!
