Disappointing. I got a basic pedicure. The technician was a bit rough - not bad, but not great. The pedicure itself felt rushed. When I got home and put my glasses on, I saw that the polish job was amateurish - polish on the skin on several toes. I won't be returning. :-(

Place is big and looks clean! There were only Lisa and a man working at the moment, but I guess there is more people. You can tell Lisa has her clients and Lisa knew them well. They are nice but $25 for a really simple pedicure was expensive! They start me after the lady next to me and he finished with me first! Kind of dissapointed! The guy didn't even put the toe divider and it was really a problem for me! I mess up a nail and came back for him to fix it... I didn't like his methods! Too sloppy! Have to asked him to remove the nail polish! Then he put the base coat and the polish so fast that the base coat was not dry and mix with the nail polish! Not having the toe divider, end it up messing my nails again!

There is no place like Lisa's Nail. The prices are fantastic, and its' like being at your best friends place. You are always greeted with a smile. I have been a regular customer for over 4 years or longer. I love pedicures and facials that I rec'd there. Most of the time, I am so relaxed that I often fall asleep.
Lisa's clients are as friendly as her establishment. Like I mentioned before, it like getting together with some girlfriends and enjoying a hour or two.

Went in today with my daughter, she wanted a fill in with gel in a matte finish. She had received this service at other salons. Lisa informed us it could not be done. Needless to say she was unhappy about that, then he started painting and after the first coat the paint was all messed up, without her touching them. By this time my daughter was very upset and wanted to leave. I had never experienced this type of service from here. Just needed to let someone know.
