This is the only place that my my mom wants to go to, when she visits from Maryland! We've been coming here for 5 years now and always have a great experience. They are very kind and professional. I LOVE the Lavender pedicure spa treatment. My legs and feet and so soft! Thank you, Nail Essential crew!

Friendly staff and service. They always ask me if I could use a refreshment. You should always get an appointment, they are popular and extremely busy. I do see them turn down customers with NO appointment on their busy days. I've been going to 5 years. If I have encountered rude, the one person apologized and I appreciated that.

I've been going to this salon for over a year now spending around 80-100 dollars every 2-3 weeks. I asked to get in to get ONE nail fixed and was turned down not once but twice! I mean Haley could have fit me in and fixed it real quick! Rude family ran business! Won't be spending my money here anymore!
