Would advise against spending your money here. I went to get my nails done for my best friends bachelorette party. They were super beautiful that day. I even got rose gold metallic. (This was the powder dip) and had to pay $5 extra for the metallic. The very next day, they started chipping (noticeably). They were not “cute” anymore. I spent almost $70 just on my finger nails, and because I was not in the area the next day, I couldn’t get some sort of compensation. All I wanted at the end of the day was at least to touch them up. But the man ( I assume is the manager) said it was not in his policy.

It was my first time doing my nails there and I asked for the dip powder. They gave me the price $40 full set plus $5 extension. When I was paying they charged me $58!! when I asked why that much they basically charge for the color, the base, the matte everything without explaining or telling you!
I think it’s ridiculous... I will never come back and I do not recommend either!

I believe today was my third time visiting this nail salon and the first two times I came they never charge me for me having my NATURAL long nails they also never charge me if my nail broke and I had to add a tip. last time I added two tips to my natural nails because my two natural nails broke they did not charge me usually next GEN is $38...today which was my third time coming they charge me $40 for next GEN . Told me they're charging me for a coffin shape when my nails are straight narrow and she knows that because she always asked me if I want to keep it straight and narrow they look nothing like coffin not even close then he was looking for other ways to cover the overage charges that they were giving me then said it's $5 for tips like it says on the menu even though I only got three tips because three of them were cracked and then they charge me another $5 for my long NATURAL nails so they're capitalizing on the tips and if the tips are long even though it was only three and they cut them down never did that before but today they decided to hit me with all these extra cost and my bill was $100 for next GEN and a pedicure I will not be returning to this place I did plan on tipping the lady she's very nice and she does a very good job however I did not plan on spending even close to $100 so I did not tip her because I was on a budget and it went way over than I expected so the rude unethical owner walked me outside after I paid and argued with me outside of why I Didn't give her a tip and he was telling me that I tried bargaining when I was explaining the facts from my previous visits to today and how they're adding all these extra costs for my natural long nails and three tips on my finger opposed opposed to someone getting full tips on their nails and you add chrome is $20 more this place does not appreciate their customers because he told me to go to another place just because I didn't tip the lady when they are the ones making my bill so high especially after going to them a few times already and not having the same issues before that's the problem with all these Asians they all think that they're the ones that are right and they have no respect for Americans nor customer service. Then he told me I never tip her which was a lie because the first time I met her I did tip her my second visit they told me they do not take tip on the card and I did not have cash and then today they wanted to overcharge me on everything. Plus I know the girl is the one who writes the receipt and up charging me for everything. It’s the point. All they do is argue and don’t even hear you out consistently talking over customers they don’t even care when they’re wrong they just keep talking over and over not even hearing the customer out.

Absolutely Excellent!!!! It is so convenient to be able to book your appointment online! This place is truly a gem! I get my nails done by Bi, she is a true artist! I am so grateful that I found her and this wonderful spot to treat and pamper myself after a long week!
