Jan's jewelry, Oceana Market, Dinosaur (Thai sandwiches, very interesting!) and many other options makes it a good stop.

Great food options from Dinosaurs to Sushi to Oceana Market. You could hang out there half the day between working out at Strength Dynamics, breakfast at Oceana and lunch at Dinosaurs. Shop for some clothes at Plato's closet and then grab a bubble tea or an adult beverage. All walking distance to the ocean over the pedestrian footbridge.

Found this little sandwich shop with BOMB Vietnamese food, my gaaaad it was so dang good! I wanted more! more! more!
I want to write an extensive review of Dinosaurs, because they truly deserves it but what it really comes down to is, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not going.
Go. Get your eat on!

Neat shopping center, front parking can get full quickly, but there's always parking in the rear.
