I take my girlfriend daughter and mother here every week for pedicures. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Their nails always come out beautiful. Anyways , all and all very happy each time we visit

The workers could not communicate with me well. Both asked what I wanted and then got me set up for a pedicure. I love hot water but the water was boiling. After painting my toe nails she informed me that the owner left and she couldn't do my nails. I'd have to come back tomorrow when the owner comes back. How does a nail salon function without people who know how to do nails. I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay for someone else to repaint my toes to match my fingers. Not going back again.

I went to get my acrylics taken off and they didn’t even soak my nails in acetone. He went straight to drilling at them until the acrylic was gone and then PROCEEDED to drill at my nails. It was painful and now my nails are beyond thin and it still hurts even hours after.
