Wow I am truly shocked by these reviews because I have been going to Susan for some time even when she was located at another salon.
I feel her work is exemplary; she has an amazing artistic spirit. I look forward to mine and my Beloved husband's next appointment.

They just opened and I would avoid going here. I new the owner from Bella nails. That’s why I tried it here but it was a terrible experience. I had to wait an hour my appointment was at 4 they didn’t get to me until 4:50. The lady/owner who knew me already didn’t apologize or say anything about it. The girl who did my nails, she was nice but she didn’t know how to do my pedicure she seemed new. The nail polish job was bad. I really feel bad that I can’t give this place a good review but I am just being honest. Hope they improve how they work here.

Overrated and way poorly unprofessional. I made an appointment with Susan (the owner). The day of the appointment we were not even 10 minutes away and she had canceled on us, and told us to come the next day as a understatement. Further on I was coming a long way. The next day we get there and she is doing someone else’s nails! This is the second time she had canceled on me. Again I am coming a long way and I was mad because she could of told me, and didn’t bother to apologize or anything!! I will NOT be going back there.

I love purple and they know it. My nails are always top shelf and my pedicures too. The drinks are great and relaxing...I recommend yaw to go.

If I could give Spring Nails zero stars I would! I've been getting my nails done by Susan (the owner). I live in Tracy, an hour an half away and I scheduled an appointment with her. I texted her the morning of my appointment to confirm because she moved to a new location. She texted me back an hour later to come the next day, I was less than 15 minutes from her. Upset because I wasted my time and gas and I had to get her first available appointment which was 10 days later, I again set up the date and time and confirmed with her to verify the time and I asked her if she could not keep the appointment to please call me! Well I again showed up to my appointment and she was doing someone else's nails and forgot to write me down in her appointment book! Very unprofessional and she acted like she didn't care that my time and gas was wasted! Never again will I ever go there!
