The nail tech was really nice at first. Within the first week and a half the acrylic started lifting from the nail and the 2 nails began to come off. 2 weeks and 2 days later the nail came completely off and the other was hanging on, before I could get back to the shop. Went in on the 16th day the nail tech that did my nails was not willing to fix her mistake and began laughing when I was explaining to her that I'm aware of needing a fill in but there was no way the nails should just be popping off that quick. She told me I have to pay for the nail to be repaired and asked me when did this happen like I was lying. Long story short I advise everyone to read comments before going here. I would not ever go back don't waste your time or money in this nail shop.

I wish I could do negative 5 stars. I went there the first time to get my nails fixed from another lousy place and the tech did a fantastic job. I went a second time my daughter needed a full set and I only needed a fill in so I let her go with the one I'd used before and the owner waited on me. She did okay but she was very rude and tried shortcuts. I had to stop her from polishing before I washed my hands! She acted as if I was being unreasonable but I was paying so she was going to do what I paid her for. As we were walking to the car I found out that the tech with my daughter only did one clear top coat instead of the American manicure she wanted but was told it would look the same since she had a new set which is a lie. Stupid me we went back again because the waits were too long at other places with the intentions of getting different techs. I got a guy that was super nice but by the time I was done they looked like vampire claws. After trying to get him to understand a few times and not getting anywhere I decided to go back the next day. My daughter ended up getting the owner because even though she was a lazy.... person, she did decent nails and I told my daughter to make sure she did a good job or stop her. Lo and behold she didn't put a top on the sparkled nails. I told this to the owner. Her response was that she always does it that way because it's already shiny. I told her we were going to a wedding and I wanted the top coat. She says they didn't NEED one even though the customer WANTED one. Another tech ended up coming over and saying he would just do it. He later on apologized and said she was just having a hard day. I will NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know not to go

Went in today for a fill in the acrylic powder that I got two weeks ago is not the same it was too lite She said it out her own mouth. She then mixed it with another powdered acrylic its supposed to be glitter it is cloudy. She didnt even let me wash my hands before she added the clear coat. I asked her why is it cloudy she just wiped them off. This is my second time there the first time I was very pleased and thought they had a returning customer. If I knew it was only 6 dollars more for a full set i would of gotten that instead i am pissed.

Was told a 25 minutes wait, almost waited an hour. Nails were cheap. Had them less than a week. Three have popped off. My nails are crooked and chipped paint. Lady didn’t cut my actual nails short enough or even put the fake nail on the base of my nails. Waste of time and money. Never coming again.
