I was able to walk in without an appointment which was great. However, the manicurist did not fully clean my nails of the polish it had before, she cut my cuticles and made me bleed, and did not polish the sides of my nails so only the tops were painted.

Very nice owner, but the the woman who did my manicure did a very sloppy (and at times painful) job. when I asked her to fix the nail polish she had gotten all over the skin on my fingers she refused. She then walked away from me and had a hissy fit and still expected me to leave her a good tip.

They burned my whole chin because they don't have professionals there. Then refused service for the rest of my face because my hair was too hard or "ethnic" and she felt it could not be done. Then told to go elsewhere and charged $10.50 I walked around with a very badly burned chin .I would post pictures but...
