Ginny did fantastic color for my hair. I’ve had color done on my hair before....but nothing like this. My issue is I had an issue with the cut. I did call her, she did fix the cut. But, I've never seen a beautician that got so upset about that they wouldn't accept your phone calls. I thought hair stylists wanted you to come back to them if you had an issue. I tired to call her several times, I wanted to purchase a product from her and schedule another appointment with her to do color for me. She dodged my calls, her co-worker took my number, no return call. I caught her at work, called and before I could tell her what product I wanted, she quickly said I dont have product.? Seriously? I thought about this for a very long time, and decided I would post a review.

Great hairstylist! Ginny is wonderful, friendly, and very knowledgeable! She has an artistic eye for hairstyle that matches face-shape & hair colour that matches skin tone! She's amazing!

Walked in and made an appointment for the following afternoon at 4pm for my daughter to have her hair cut. The lady wrote down our info and everything. Well we're sitting on the green bench out front at 4:11 pm and the doors are still locked and all the lights are out. Sign says open until 6pm. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!

Horrible experience! I tried calling for two days to make an appointment, but there was no answer. I should have known then, but decided to walk in to make an appointment. She scheduled me for the next day at 3:30 and took down my name and number. The next day, I took off work and arrived at 3:25 and the shop door was locked (the open light was on). I waited until 4:15 pm and she never showed up and I never even received a phone call. Luckily, a lady two doors down at another salon took care of me. From reviewing her facebook, this is a trend to be a no-show. Not cool at all for a business person. I highly, highly, highly recommend going elsewhere.

Ginny is AMAZING!!!! I wish I could give more stars...5 is not even close to the expertise I get at this salon. I'm so glad I found Ginny, she always does my hair exactly the way I expect it to be done. The best part is Ginny was trained up north and she knows what she is talking about. Always a pleasant experience every time, without fail. Ginny is always happy to book a time that works for you. I've seen her at the salon very late, with a smile on her face, doing what she does best...I recommend Ginny to all of my friends and family! Thank you Ginny, you're the best! 💗💗💗
