If I could rate zero stars, I would. I needed to get my acrylics removed and a manicure without polish. The woman starts working in my nails, without washing her hands or her tools. She wiped the automatic nail file on her shirt. While she’s still taking off my acrylics, she pulls out an Altoids box filled to the brim with white dust and file tips, which are also covered in dust. She alters tips, putting the used one back inside the Altoids container. As she’s filing down my nails, my finger gets a burning sensation because she is pressing too hard, so naturally I jerk my hand away. During my regular manicure, she realizes that there is still a layer of acrylic on my nails, so she pries it off with the dead-skin tool, leaving my nails broken and white. She then sands down my nail as hard as possible so the white goes away. Lastly, she puts lotion on my hands and arms, only it’s cuticle oil mixed with actual lotion. I go wash my hands and I, being 16, didn’t want to be confrontational. She tells me the price is $25, so I pay $25 and leave. I go home and call them like a brand new customer and ask how much it costs to get acrylics removed and a manicure without polish, and she tells me $10 acrylic removal, $15 regular manicure, however both on the same visit is $20. I then explain to them who I am and they start telling me that they thought I had a gel manicure, which is insane because I didn’t even get any polish. Their story over the phone keeps changing so I hung up.
FYI: In the pedicure chairs with the foot tubs, there are customers wearing their street shoes in the tubs. Their actual street shoes are in the tubs.

They are so caring and courteous! Will never say no to customer. Even if they don't have an opening, they try and adjust. Service is excellent. Love this place !

I've been going there since they first opened. I am a former nail tech myself so I'm pretty picky. I will not go anywhere else. LOVE this place!!

Very friendly staff and did a great job on my eyebrows! Will definitely come here again!
