As a first time customer I’m very happy with the services I received today: Wax by Dao, pedicure by Kim and manicure by Lee. I could have done my hair too with Rose, but I didn’t have enough time. I only went there for wax. I really liked the service, very nice and friendly ladies so I decided to have my nails done too 😊 I’m definitely going back. And oh the prices are great!

Treated me like a machine, not a human. I'm still on the hunt for a nail salon that cares about having a business relationship with their customers. As soon as 2 more woman walked in, she started rushing EVERYTHING. She ended up cutting my cuticle to where it bled, not shaping my nails right and the rhinestones i asked for are crooked. She wouldn't look at me, wouldn't talk to me and wouldn't give me a manicure after we were done with the acrylics. Horrible. If you want to be treated like just another person in LA and don't care about having any kind of revisit every couple of weeks, then this place will probably do. Shame on this place for treating guests like this. I could have been one of your best reoccurring customers, but I guess you guys don't care about that.
