First time customer. Clean place and friendly people! I had my nails done by Dina (not sure of spelling) today. The new dip nails. She took great care during the multistage process too make sure they came out looking fabulous. I love them, they look beautiful! I will definitely go back!

Four of us got our nails done here, and two of us got threading done.
Pros:
We were greeted when entering and didn't have to wait long.
Staff was friendly.
Cons:
The threading lady was honestly annoying. Two of us wanted our eyebrows threaded and got them done. She asked the remaining two of us if we wanted our eyebrows threaded over 4 times each while we were there, even though we said no each time! Also, I had my eyebrows waxed literally the day before and told her that, and yet she continued to pester me.
My manicurist cut my toes in 2 places and didn't acknowledge it or apologize either time. She just dumped alcohol on them, which really stung. My fiance's manicurist didn't clip his fingernails at all, and only half filed them.
Our experience was ok, but we won't be back.

The first time I went I was happy with my mani pedi. I got the dip for the mani and gel for the pedi. I returned 3 weeks later for my 2nd visit ever and had the same work done except this time I paid for a “deluxe” pedi. After just 3 days, the gel had chipped or peeled off of 5/10 toes. I went back and had a diff nail tech re-do my toe nails and they came out ok. 4 more days went by and all of the nails on my right hand developed hairline type “fractures” and of course chipped and broke and were so sharp that I had to cut my nails (first of all this was dip and should have been even stronger than gel)
I did not return to have it fixed because I had enough. I will never go there again. All nail techs should perform at an equivalent level and you shouldn’t have to remember who sucks in the place. They got $95 out of me and it will be the last time! Don’t get your nails done here!!

Fantastic service. They were super busy and everyone was so accommodating m. My feet feel AMAZING!!! I think I found my new favorite place!!

Nice place like going there but wish they knew more design and style because so much stuff has come out they just need to learn more and have more to choose from
