I walked in today and got a full set. I be prices are very reasonable and everyone is so kind and funny. I feel comfortable when I am in there. This is my favorite set I have had. The nail technician did such an amazing job I couldn’t ask for any more!!

The owner and everyone was really nice except the really older looking female with more make up on her face and less hair that was unprofessional and rude on how she handled conversation with me. She stared at my 3 year old the whole time like she had a problem with her which almost caused me to end the session and show her the type of mother I can be. If I go back I won’t let her do my nails again and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone else unless you want trouble in your day.

monstrosity of a nail salon, is unorganized and totally unprofessional. This was their second chance from me and they horribly failed once again. I booked an appointment before and they had me wait 45 minutes AFTER my set and booked appointment time block to even get me started. This time was the same occurrence but this time they were going to make me wait close to 1 HOUR after my set appointment time! This place needs to get ORGANIZED ASAP. Do not even try setting an appointment here. I happily booked an apt at crown royal nails on ALLEN ROAD and they have yet to dissapointed me :)
May you all not have the same unnecessary experience that I had.

It's literally the worst experience I've ever had in my whole life.
I had my appointment for 10am for a mani-pedi. Got my pedicure at 11:40 I finally got my nails done at 1:30 and was taking forever because the sir doing my nails was constantly on the phone texting or calling someone.
I will never be coming her again. I spent 5 hours here people who got here after me were out before me. They seem to prioritiprioritize the Caucasian Customers.
I missed 3 appointments today all because these people are unorganized, can't do their job without being on their phones.
Would give 0 stars but can't don't ever come here
