I don't know why people still come to this doctor. He is dermatologist with years of experience and was not able to recognize the simple scabby rush. He treated us with 3 different antibiotics, then with steroids. He did pay too much attention to the facts that the treatment did not have any effect and that my husband got the same symptoms few days later, so the disease was contagious. We kept spending money for visits and medications and suffering from symptoms. Dr. Kranson did not know how to treat them. He was talking about biopsy. When I went to another dermatologist he gave me an ointment and two weeks later my 3 months nightmare ended and I returned to the normal life. Dr.Kranson keeps sending me the bills. I think that to be fare he should return me all the money I spend for visits to him and the useless medications he prescribed. And also pay me for the suffering from his unprofessional treatment.

Dr. Kranson is very knowledgable and knows how to treat something serious without being an alarmist. Their office staff is friendly too.
