It's sad when there prices changes with different customers because of the way you look.. prices is crazy and no customer service at all ... too many nail shops in St Louis to deal with foolish like this I will never ever walk in this shop again. ..,so upset on how they deal with people this place needs to be closed down

Gave this salon a try because they were nearby and not busy. Staff was very welcoming when I came in, and said they could fit me in without an appointment. I told the woman at the front twice what I wanted (a full pedicure and manicure with dip powder) and she told me she understood, had me choose my color, and instructed me to sit down in a pedicure chair. A minute or two later, my technician came out and greeted me kindly. She went on to take my nail color off my toes, but did not give me a full pedicure, only painted my nails the new color. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late, so I just went with it and figured I would only be charged for the color change. Then she did the dip on my fingers, and I advise you NOT to visit this salon for dip polish. The technician did it differently than any place I have ever been, and I've been getting dip polish for about 4 years. It did not turn out as shiny as it is supposed to. She did not give me a manicure either, only put on the color. When I started to pay, she told me it would be $70!!! For a color change on my toes and only the dip on my fingers. I told her I would NOT pay that much money, and pointed out the sign for how much it should be. I had to argue with the woman on what services I had received, and in the end, she rudely agreed to only charge me $46, which was the true price of what I had gotten done.
Long story short, if you have to visit this salon, be very clear about what you want (I thought I was, so just make sure each technician you talk to knows what you want) and be wary that they may be overcharging you.

Really. I don’t know why I keep coming back. I am seriously looking for a new nail salon. This place customer service is awful. I have an issue at least every other time I come. Walked in at 4:45 pm and they said they was closing early because it was Halloween. But you don’t say this when I called at 3:00. They are rude and tries to get you. I have literally have them write me out a receipt because they try and charge you a different amount for the exact same service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMS AND RUSE AS HELL. I NEED TO FIND A NAIL SALON THAT APPRECIATES MY MONEY. I hate this place. Looking for recommendations from any of the other folks who stop coming to this damn place!!!! Oh by the way have them 1 star so I can leave this review. Otherwise they would have gotten a negative billion😑

Although very pleasant, took Mimi 2 hours to complete my powder dip manicure. First visit so I'm trying to be patient & not rush to judgment but it seriously shouldn't take 2 hours when I made an appointment. In between running around doing the nails of other clients who came in after me she left me waitinf a few times to finish those jobs. My appointment was at 4:30pm I left at 6:32pm
I requested almond shape and recieved what I believe to be stiletto. A little frustrating to wait so long for something I didn't ask for.
Finding a new nail salon home is taxing on my nerves Sheeeesh....

First time going and had a great experience. Nick was my technician and he took great care and was patient. Not rushing and did great detail work.
