I loved my whole experience, kim knows what she’s doing and was easy to talk to! Such a great person.
Unfortunately within 2 weeks 2 of my nails fell off and 3 are lifting, her prep felt rushed and application wasn’t the same throughout and nails looked chunky on my left I had to go back and file to make them look a little better.

My experience here went from bad to worse. I had a dip manicure done that started cracking, peeling, and lifting after less than 24 hours. Within 3 days, all but 2 of my nails were ruined. The owner was accommodating at first and did a repair dip manicure. Just a week later, I had one fall off which turned out to be a blessing in disguise - because it revealed I had a case of the greenies (a bacterial infection typically caused by unsanitary equipment or an improperly done manicure that results in it lifting away from the nail). I removed them all at home and had more than one nail with green on it, so it was not just a fluke. I called the owner to 1) let her know so she can more thoroughly sanitize her equipment and throw out the dip container she was using and 2) discuss what was going to be done to rectify not one, but two, very poor experiences here, hoping she would provide me a complete refund except the tip for service. She offered a gift card or a pedicure, but I have zero interest in returning to an unsanitary salon that does poor quality work. I would not have written this review if she had handled the situation differently in the end and refunded me for the initial manicure.

My sister and I wanted to get our nails done and were so grateful that the salon was open. The staff were so friendly and pleasant! We had a great time getting our nails done and I really enjoyed my service. My dip nails turned out great! I would definitely go back again and refer them to anyone looking for a nail salon! :)

Loved the nails I got here. The owner was very funny and sweet, and she did a great job! There were so many nice colors to choose from as well. Would definitely recommend!

I go see her once a month and she never let me down! I don't even need an appointment.
