This was my first, and LAST time ever going to this place. I got there and nobody was there waiting, so i instantly got a seat. Nobody came after me either so there was no rush, and no excuse for how bad my nails were. First she couldn't find any size to fit my nails, and then when she put the actually gel stuff on the nail, she didn't flatten or shape it to how you're supposed to. So my nails are all lumpy and misshaped. I was getting french tips with one nail a full color,and she kept telling me to do it different, and she just did it the way she wanted to. She never asked me the shape i wanted for my nails, so they're not even what i want. I felt bad telling her how bad they were, so i just left, went home and repainted them, and had to refile and reshape them. They still look horrible because i don't have the shape and tools they have, but they look better than what they did before. When i called to get my money back, or to go back and get them done, the only"option" i had was either go back in, and get them redone by the same lady, or pay another $50 to get them redone. As I was telling her that she is running her business wrong, she hung up on me. I am beyond pissed, and will never go back there again, or tell anyone to go there.Please save your money, and go somewhere better.

Been going here for over 1 yr after moving in to the area. The owner Jinnie is very sweet, friendly and accommodating. Foot reflexology by Jinnie makes me float away stress free & I'm very pleased with her waxing shape of my eyebrows. The gel mani/pedi services performed by her new assistant "Dadi" are beautifully done as she advises you on natural nail care & health. Hot cups of herbal tea and bottled water as refreshments are usually provided during spa services. Unique Nails is also conveniently located for commuting to & from NY Port Authority & to Woodbury commons for shopping trips as its near both the Marios & Murphys house restaurants where the Shortline-Coach bus stops are as bonus! This is my fav spa/nail spot 😊👍🏾!!!

Horrible. Wanted to leave half way getting my nails done. First I waited 1/2 before jinnie (owner) even got there then she couldn't get the nails to stick at first. When she was cutting down I showed her how long but by the time she was done shaping them their r so short it's like I don't even have nails. She got glue all over my fingers didn't even clean them up after applying the acrylic she got that all over my fingers one of the nails is to small for my nail bed and is cutting me. She also cut up 3 of my other fingers TRYING to separate the finger from the acrylic. She said she would only charge me 1/2 paid $35. She told me in two weeks when it was Time for refill they should look better NO THEY SHOULD LOOK GOOD NOW. All she gave me was a coupon for $5 off next visit. Like I M ever going back there. I call was later in the day to try to get my money back and she wasn't even there. Now I have to go tomorrow to get my money back and go somewhere else pay to have them removed and redone. I am a mother with 2 school children and know a lot of other mothers I will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would

Been going here for a few years for mani/pedi's and bikini waxes. Has gone down hill... Current staff is incompetence at its best..... go anywhere else, really.
