Man what can I say. I just found my new spot. I went in for a pedicure and got a royal treatment. She spent time on my feet. And message on my feet was so relaxing. I never had a nail salon rub my feet like that for like 10-15min each foot. And it only cost $35.00. Worth every penny and more.

The nail techs do not greet customers and slow service. They are also overpriced. I guess you're paying for convenience.

He didnt want to cut my nails because they wouldn't be as pretty. Then at the end,I was asked for a tip before he painted my nails. I felt so awkward that I kept looking in my bag after I payed him. He waited and tried to peak in my bag. I finally looked at him and put my hands up on the desk again, since he had put the money away that I had given him to pay for my nails. He asked again for the tip and I just looked at my nails. It was so awkward. Well he started talking in his language to the other people and paused the service to go get a drink. I was pretty much treated like ceap because I didnt tip him before he finished. He painted my nails and kept touching them. They were fill of nail marks and bumps. I asked if in could borrow the nail polish so I could fix them and he continued to paint. He was about to out the clear coat when I said no thanks, I'll go home and take this off anyways. He kept on trying to out it on and telling me to go to the light to dry them. I said no, I will take this off anyways. He was embarrassed and seemed to feel bad so he was gifting me the nails polish he used on me. I said "you see this is why I like to tip at the end of the service."
Basically I had to tip before he was done or else I'm the bad guy. Doesnt make sense to tip before the service is over. Tips are earned. I always leave tips, but people dont have to leave a tip.

Was looking for a place to get my fills and change color on my toes. Biggest mistake. They were quick, but my nails were long and rounded. And needed to be trimmed a bit. Lady cut nails and then clipped again. And made them short and square. Was upset. Even more that she was trying to charge me $5 more. Cause she made a mistake on the price. Hell no! I'm never going there again.

Walked in for a new set of nails, was helped immediately. Winnie did a fantastic job with the shape and color. Definitely my new go to nail salon!
