Shea was AMAZING and the girls at the front are so friendly and welcoming. I truly feel relaxed the moment I step in the door all the way until I leave! I love you guys!

They'll trap you into a poorly explained contract for massages then cancel your appointments last minute, switch out your masseuses, send you 20-30 emails about your account not being paid (despite it having been paid) and then try and enforce the contract when they've clearly not upheld their side of the bargain. Poor value. Terrible customer service. Ridiculously bad communication. Would not ever recommend to anyone!

This spa is lacking in many ways. I have multiple examples of why you should take your business elsewhere ESPECIALLY bc of the lackluster for the prices they charge. Main issues: Customer service, a nice ambiance and friendly staff. First of all - if you’re gonna have a spa in winter park at least make it look and feel upscale, relaxing and refreshing. The colors are dark and dingy and there are no refreshments - not even water. The girl at the front has an attitude and is super snarky. When I was running 5 min late (and was a member so they had my reoccurring business ) she gave me attitude and told me that my service already started as I walked in the salon. I’m a busy fully time mom so I come there to relax not to stress. She didn’t offer to give me a robe or change she just brought me back to the room and then my massage ended 10 minutes early!!!
Second issue: the quality of service received is sub par. When specifying deep tissue I got a super soft pat down rub and was charged $100 for it.
Third and most important : when I called 3 months ago to stop my membership they continued to charge my card. I wasn’t aware until someone called asking if I wanted to schedule a service. I told them I canceled the service 3 months ago and the girl told me that they don’t have proof essentially calling me a liar and refusing to refund my card for a service I did not receive and transaction I did not authorize. She was argumentative and rude. It’s quite apparent that their customers don’t come first and they would rather damage their reputation and future business to make themselves right. Either way I’m putting a stop payment on a fraudulent charge.
I mean if they are trying to force people to come use their service then that speaks for itself....
Very disappointed with this place and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The customer service was amazing from the moment I called to the moment I left. It was a smooth and simple experience. Additionally, it was very sanitary and Covid friendly. The service itself was also exceptional, comfortable, and enlightening.

I had my first experience at this spa with my gf for a couples massage. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable for both of us. Very clean and sanitized all around from when you first walk in, to the locker room and the massage rooms.
