I honestly have always recommended this place to most people I know because it is clean and for the most part they have done a great job, however, last time I went they had a new person work on me. I do have sensitive skin given an allergic condition I have, however I came in with my skin on and left with my hands bleeding. I asked her multiple times to stop to be careful and she continued - owners/managers came over saw my hands bleeding and did nothing. Since then it has taken me three weeks to heal from the infection that was a result of the manicure on my hands needless to say I won't be returning. Unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer of three years there and no one seems to apologize or care.

I went 2 times and they charged me same price UV manicure, the 3rd time they charged more for the same manicure and she took less time to do it. I'm not going back because they overprice.

I made an appointment for 6pm I still had to wait 20 minutes for my pedicure... the pedi was 42 I paid extra because I wanted the callus removed but they looked almost the same after the pedicure... I couldn’t even dry the nail polish because the drying station was full so I don’t really see the point of making a reservation... not coming back overpriced and they don’t take into account the appointments

This place has become my new favorite nail salon in Astoria and believe me I've tried a lot over the last few years. Its clean and beautiful inside. Very relaxing atmosphere. The technicians are extremely professional, take their time, and know what they're doing. I love their powder gel manicures and have gotten extensions as well which turned out great. Their message chairs are also awesome! Highly recommend. Especially loved Amy!

I recently tried out Nail Berry for the first time about a week ago. Since going I have had so many problems with my set. I got a fill and gel polish. Not even an HOUR after getting them done, one of my nails broke (I had only pulled a shirt over my head so it shouldn’t have broke at all), so I had to get it fixed the following day. My nail tech was nice enough but she always seemed distracted both times, like she wasn’t paying attention and was rushing to get it done. I also noticed she did not put a base coat down before prepping my nails for the gel polish. The second day after having this set on, I had my polish chip off of 4 of my fingers. The staff is nice and the place is clean but don’t waste your money on a gel set because it will just chip off anyway. This place is only good for regular polish on natural nails. It is overpriced for the quality you receive. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for this set. I will not be coming back.
