Jennifer gave me the best gel manicure I’ve ever had done here. They are absolutely perfect! I’m not one to leave reviews but I just had to let you all know to go to her for gel manicure. Thank you Jennifer! I will definitely come back to you.

Got a pedicure on Friday and got an infection. Both big toes are swollen, tender and have fluid. Very disappointed especially since it had great reviews.

The salon did not make me feel comfortable. There was a bulkier guy who seemed to be the manager pacing through the salon, watching everyone, and standing over the employees (while criticizing them in another language or at least what sounded like criticism). He was making not only them but me uncomfortable, seeming very aggressive. I was not given clear answers on the prices and the prices I was given seemed to be made up on the spot. The salon was not clean or well organized. The technician was very nice and tried to be helpful but I do not think they were properly educated or possibly they were being told to rush through clients by the manager. As a result, I am not happy with my nails at all and am going to another salon in hopes they can fix the damage that was done. I felt bad for the employees and myself for spending any time in that establishment.

It’s a lovely place, great atmosphere. The people who work here are nice. And my nails look bomb. My issue is that when I called about an acrylic nail fill and pedicure I was told it would be $52 dollars. When I left I paid $96 dollars!!! I have no idea how that big of a jump in price happened, or how that kind of miscommunication happened but I wasn’t expecting to pay that much and certainly am not happy about that. If prices were reasonable in person like on the phone then I’d return.

The nail service is good, the problem is that nobody will ever say hi or thanks...tried many times with no luck!
