I believe in paying for good service and tipping, but I proudly walked out of this shop without tipping! I wear my natural nails. I broke one nail previously that's healing so it's shorter than the others. I told him "not to worry it'll catch up with the others that I was growing my nails. He clipped my nails fine BUT took it upon himself to file my nails down to my nail beds!!!!! Why when I clearly stated I was growing my nails.
The nail shop owner then clapped at me like I was a kid to move to the pedicure chair- in a rushing manner. I am not a kid!!!! Not sure what you do with your regulars, but as a new customer this was a MAJOR turn off!
While getting a pedicure was relaxing- there was nothing special about their basic $38 pedicure except the price and lack of amenities for the escalated price.
When I asked my price and the breakdown of services (THIS PLACE DOESN'T HAVE A PRICE LIST UP NOR DO THEY INFORM YOU OF ANY CHARGES PRIOR TO CHECK OUT) he caught and attitude and exhaled as if I was holding him up or wasn't supposed to check him math.
I wouldn't recommend a dog into this place. They are rude and need to get back to basis of customer service. Quality over quantity.

Relaxing pedicure and pleasant staff. I sent a yelp message at 1130pm the night before and got an appt for the next morning. The place is older but well maintained. The message chairs are large with many modes. Kim was my technician and she was quiet ( which I prefer) and she did a fantastic job giving me a relaxing and well done pedicure. The music is also very relaxing. I live in the area, so I will definitely be going back.

Wife and I visited recently, she said it was the worst pedicure she has received. They use graters on your feet, which are supposed to not be used by law, and plastic bags in the tubs, which means they likely aren't cleaned very well. During the pedicure, they cut open her feet and sprayed acetone on the wound. Front desk girl is really friendly, but the nail techs didn't say a word to each of us the whole time. Don't be fooled, it doesn't look like the picture found on google inside!

Great place! I love the attention. I've been there a few times and will make it my go-to. My only complaint is that the last girl that did my nails didn't moisturize my hands. Other than that, it's great.

You must go to this nail salon and ask for Milly! I never used to make appointments ahead of time and would just see whoever was available. However, ever since I got the chance to have Milly do my gel manicures and pedicures, I could not possibly imagine seeing anyone else and I always make an appointment with her now. She is professional, so precise and detail oriented, and fast. I recommend her 100%!
