I am new to the nail shops of Montgomery and wanted to try this salon based on the reviews. The first time I went I was asked to come back because they were busy. It did not appear to be busy enough to turn away customers but I didn't let that deter me since it was mid day on a weekend and they may have had scheduled appointments. I tried again this weekend and planned to get there early. I was 15 minutes after opening and there was 1 person in a pedicure chair, no one in a nail chair. I was again turned away and asked to come back because they were "busy". I will keep searching for a good salon because I will not be trying a third time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I normally do not do reviews but I HAD to do one on this nail salon. I'm almost certain the 5 star reviews are from the owners or family members. I was curious why they weren't busy and I soon found out why 2 days later! The absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. I just left and Jenn the manager did my nails less than 48 hours ago and the nails are already lifting. I went back and requested if she could fix them and she said my nails are not lifting!!! They are coming off my nail bed and I Iiterally put my fingernail under the acrylic and lifted it up and showed her in the light and SHE STILL said "No not lifting!" Her husband came over and looked at them and said "Yes her nails are lifting!" And he asked if I would like to get them fixed? I told him yes I would, while Jenn was steady arguing very loudly, "Her nails no lifting! And if you want money back I take ALL of your nails off right now and give you money back and you leave!" She was so rude I told him I do not want her to touch my hands, I just will never come back here again. Jenn tried to undermine me and make it seem like lifting nails was something normal after two days just so she wouldn't have to refund my money. I was very calm and was trying to explain to Jenn my problem to try to come up with a resolution and all she did was yell, talk over me and made me feel terrible. The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life and I'm almost 40 years old. I wish I could upload a picture to show you guys how terrible my nails look, I could cry! I don't advise anyone to go to this place. Avoid.

Absolutely love this salon! Very sweet couple runs it, and my nails have never looked better. I highly recommend this shop!!

I love this place! Friendly, clean and good service. I got the solar nails and it came out really good. The owners Tom and Jenny really nice people. Both of them do nails and actually take the time to do it and it came out perfect, exactly what I wanted. They also carry skin care products from NU SKIN and use it for most of the treatments.

They did a wonderful job on my nails. Took their time and we're very friendly.
