My Mother took my daughter there for a simple trim. The woman who was about to cut her hair behaved extremely unprofessional when she discovered that my 9 year old daughter had lice. We had no idea that she had since she suffers from scalp eczema. Her name was Ashley. This is not how you treat customers. My daughter went home crying because of her reaction. If this is how this business reacts when such a sensitive and common issue especially in schools, I can’t imagine anything else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in on a Sunday with my 2 kids. Was not greeted when I came in. Was there for about 20 minutes. 3 people finished getting their haircut in that time. 1 haircutter immediately walked out of the store and came back 5 minutes later with a drink..okay maybe her break time. Next one grabbed the lollypop container and went in the back to clean it out and then came back and went to her station and was purposely trying to not make eye contact with me or my wife. The third finished and looked at us and just walked away. Really?!? I know kids might be tough to cut sometimes but 1. They were sitting and acting perfectly fine and 2. We had been there a few times before and there was never any issues with them getting their haircut. I couldn't believe how we where treated. Those "haircutters" should all be ashamed of themselves. We will NEVER go back again!!!

I went to the holmdel one last friday 6/1 n Ashley cut my hair..very friendly ..n did a great job cuttibg ny natural curly hair..even gave me hair tips ..
