Honestly been coming here for a while now! The wait time is pretty long even tho you have an appointment but honestly i am always satisfied at the end. The end result for my nails are amazing! Love how they pay attention to every detail. Thank you!

So this was interesting. We asked for two manicures and two pedicures. They said yes and immediately put us in chairs. They started out feet soaking in hot water which was great. Unfortunately they did my friends entire pedicure before touching me. They started with my manicure and all along my feet were in cold water. By time they did my feet the water was freezing. The girl didn’t notice until almost done and offered me hot water but I said no since it was almost done. Our manicures turned out good...my heels could have used a little more work. Fast forward we go to a restaurant down the street for lunch. I spilled the cold water on my friend hands and her nails changed color. They gave her MOOD polish! I think she should have been warned that the color she picked was mood polish. When the two colors changed they didn’t match each other. We still had a good time. The massage chair was great for relaxing. (Her nails by the way are suppose to be the green color)

So even after making an appointment they apparently told 8 other people they also had an appointment at the same time as me and also took 2 other walk-ins with a staff of 7. So of course this is a nail shop that you need to designate your whole day too. My pedicurist at did a decent job, but definitely nothing special, no sugar scrub and I did have to ask for the callus remover and after she spent 35 mins on the metallic design on my big toes it came out nothing like what I chose, she took it upon herself to start over which took another 35 mins before someone else came to fix her error. I was in the nail shop for 4.5 hours! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nails came out ok other than that this place will never have my business. There lack of customer service and ownership when they know they wasted my time baffles me.

Customer service: Some nail techs are great and nice, some are not so welcoming.
Price: On the pricey side.
Parking: Only side street parking is available either in front of the shop or around the neighborhood.
Hours: Always open, even on the holidays except for Thanksgiving and NY day.
Tip: Most times there is a wait, so don’t think you’ll just spend 30 minutes here.
