Friendly people, did great job with my nails. Massage chairs were relaxing while I received my pedi. It cost $75 for mani, pedi with the works, it was very relaxing.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A SALON EVER. If I could give zero stars I would.
I had gone here before for eyebrow waxing, which they did a very poor job. The two did not look the same, had different shapes and thickeness. But I decided to try and see how they would do for a nail job.
Literally gave me such a horrible manicure, worst one I had ever received. Beat up my entire cuticle on multiple fingers, and even made me bleed at one point. The ladies were not helpful at all. When the manager came over to me they said it was because the lady worked on me was loosing her hearing due to old age. Don’t make someone work with customers who can’t understand what they are saying!!!!! They were not nice or acomidating to me at all, and were arguing with me when I was just telling them that they ruined my cuticles. They told me there was nothing they could do for my cuticles without ruining the paint??? They put a glittery top coat when I didn’t ask for one???? Also half of my nails aren’t filed straight???? When I pointed all this out they just argued with me and we’re not accomadting at all and made me pay full price. AND this all happened after waiting over half an hour. DO NOT GO HERE if you are someone that 1) values your time 2) values your money and 3) actually wants a good nail job.
All in all they made me pay full price for ruining my cuticles and I get more and more angry every time I look at my hands.
OH and afterwords I was speaking about this incedent with my friends who all stated they also had negative experiences, one girl even stated that her brother had to go and get toe surgery after receiving a pedicure from here because they did such a poor job it resulted in an infected ingrown toe nail.

The woman who did my gel nails got it all over my skin and In 24 hours it snagged so easily from my skin that the polish ripped off with the snag. This happened on 3 nails. Typically my gels last me 3 weeks to over a month. The woman was rude and grabbed my wrist angrily for not taking my hand out of the UV light machine fast enough. The entire time she also kept trying to sell me more and more things and wouldn't take no for an answer. The facility is beautiful so I expected it would be a nice place, but I'll never come back here.
