I went in asking for gel nails but without a manicure, just a trim and gel polish -- no hands soaking for 10 minutes before the painting and lotion afterward. The lady working tried to convince me to get a manicure but I said no. Then she sent a guy employee to do my nails, and he continued to do a manicure and I got charged the manicure price even though that's not what I asked for. My nails do look great, but I could've saved $12 by not having oil rubbed all over my hands at the end.

I got gel nails and the woman here did an amazing job. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative. I had a great experience.

The sign reads that they open at 10 AM on Saturdays. I waited 35 minutes and no one showed up so I left at 10:35. If 10 AM is too early for you to open you can change the open time to 11 AM. I wasted six dollars parking, what a waste. Bad customer service.
