I enjoy going to Northern Lights. The rooms and tanning beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Sarah is a terrific employee, always cheerful and friendly - even when I get there right when the doors open. She represents your organization well and deserves a raise.
A few of the radios/headphone sets are in poor repair or do not function well and should be upgraded or replaced. A small complaint, but I enjoy listening to the radio while I'm laying in the beds.
