Incredible unfriendly & dealt with Kim herself!! Acted like I was a big bother for her. I was visiting family in the area so since I'm not a regular customer I just needs a couple of nails fixed before my grandchildren's Christmas program that evening. Of course it wasn't a huge tab but no other customers in there - mid-day & mid-week. She didn't say hardly anything to me the whole time. Just a really uncomfortable feeling. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I will never go back or recommend that shop to anyone.

I've been going to Kim's since 2004. Actually my whole family has and now my fiancé has started going as well. They're very friendly and do a really great job. They take they're time and make sure things are done right and they are affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.
