HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OWNER CAN BE VERY NASTY. I was a loyal customer (albeit infrequent) up until several months ago. I walked in one day and there was one customer being serviced and after telling the owner that I was coming in for a pedicure he rudely and condescendingly told me to go pick a color. Strike 1. As I am choosing a color I overhear him and his slave (wife) speaking in their language and repeatedly looking back in my direction. He then turns to me and asks me do I have a mole by eyebrow? Random question but I say yes because it’s true. To my astonishment he then says we cannot do your pedicure. I ask why not? He goes, “because you come here before and you make my niece (who was on vacation at the time) cry. You very rude. That’s the first time I have to kick customer out. “ Strike 2. I assume he’s joking, as he does often, so I laugh, brush it off and took a seat in the waiting area. He asks me why am I still here because they are not going to offer their services to me and that they have the right to refuse service to anyone. He belligerently yells, “yoooo why you still here. We not going to do your nail.” All in front of the other customer who’s getting serviced by his wife. Strike 3. The other customer asks him are you sure that’s her? I go, no it is not me, I’ve never been kicked out of any establishment and I’m not rude. He then gets up and stands by the exit door to remind me that he nor his wife will be providing service to me. I said ok and I left. He said sorry. Although I was humiliated and embarrassed I kept my composure and did not act out of character. I ended up going to another salon and was pleasantly serviced right away. There was so much I could’ve said to him and his wife and done but I believe that you reap what you sow ( in other words what goes around comes around) and they will. Needless to say I will NEVER return and no more referrals from me.

They cut my fingers several times and the paint was not on my finger correctly they were drinking and eating while doing my nails and I do not recommend this for you

I only go here for my eyebrows and when I want a pedicure(sometimes) Eva is the best at doing my eyebrows. She is the only one I go to. Kayla is really good at doing pedicures so when I do want one I go to her and she does a great job.

I love the service here at T&J I've been coming here for about 10yrs now and I love it here.
