The staff is very nice but it took quiet a while to get my hair cut, 5hrs. I was sitting underneath the dryer for in total almost 3 hrs maybe for. The hairstylist did a great job.

I definitely would recommend Sondrea's Signature Styles Salon and Spa to others. It is my piece of Atlanta in El Paso, TX. A true hidden gem. Customer service is outstanding! Staff are warm and friendly. I felt at home.
This was my second visit to Sondrea's and I must admit it was a visit long overdue. I did not commit to our schedule for regular hair care awesomeness, but this time I was ready to commit to my excellence in natural hair.
Believe me, Sondrea is more than a stylist: She nurtures and educates her clients about their hair, that is, its current condition, what methods are needed to improve, maintain and sustain health. She is not stagnant and stoic. She keeps abreast of new techniques in hair care and total body care. She treats clients will care and consideration. I never felt like a number, not even on my consultation visit. I observed her interactions with other clients and she is amazing!
This establishment is the right combination of stylist, business, educator and customer service. Sondrea and her staff provide personalized care tailored to each customer because they listen to the customer. Sondrea discusses every detail of best hair care practices at hair in between visits and reaches mutual agreement for clients' individual hair care needs. She understands her clients, their needs and her craft! When I left her salon not only did my head and hair feel amazing, but my soul felt renewed, revived and invigorated. I laughed; I talked; I met other clients and exchanged conversation. Honestly, I had more than just a hair care experience: I achieved sisterhood.
This time I scheduled a follow-up and I think on my next visit I will go all in and try the skin care experience. Grown folks goals: Sondrea for LIFE!

Been trying to make an appointment for the longest no one has been answering the callas during business hours. Went to visit the salon no one was there.

I don't think I can say much more than Bravo! I have been coming to this salon almost 5 years now and I can tell you that Sondrea knows my hair completely...actually better than me! So I trust her fully. She has transitoned me through dreadlocs, numerous chops, bald headed cuts (YES!), and now a full head of long, healthy hair. More than just styling, there is something special about the way she cares for her customers' overall hair and scalp health. Its more than just "doin hair". She gets to know you and what you expect or hope for your hair and provides you with the tools and education to get there with or without her. You see her care not just in her work but in the way she treats and mentors her staff is everything from sweeping the floor to doing rod sets! When you walk into the salon, it's a true escape from the hassles of the day and I am very grateful to her and her team for taking me and my hair confusions on all these years. I have driven across state lines to get service here. They are honest and up front and you never feel like you've been set up or misinformed, or sold $500 worth of products that have nothing to do with your hair. Love this place!
