So the first thing I told them is I like to get what I want and walk out happy... The lady saw my face when she was doing my nails I did the pink and white acrylic and let me tell you I will never come to this place ever again and let me tell you I will never come to this place ever again!!!! If I could give it 0
Stars that's exactly what they would get! I saw "Annie". Missing the white powder on the side as well and then she had the balls to tell me that was going to give her a $3 tip and then she started complaining about it. I gave $5 just because she was complaining and I gave $5 to the massage girl Rosa because it was the best thing there so $75 later I'm pissed and annoyed and never going back Point Blank.

They don’t deserve one star. After waiting 20 min when I was told 10, I showed the lady what I wanted done, style. She said that’s $10 extra.. ok. So she starts painting my nails and I said “this isn’t what I wanted.. I said the tips with..” she cuts me off, starts yelling to her coworker and says “you’ll need to wait for him”.. now my nails are wet with polish, sticking and she says “$23” I said “for wet polish?! On no nails?!” She said “it’s not polish it’s gel” as she swipes my card!!! (I took it out prior to sitting so I don’t need to go in my bag with nails just done). I walked out and she sat down with a waiting customer. Worst place, and I will tell anyone who asks. Also am disputing the charge.

I've been going here for years. They used to be great, but they're under new ownership now and since then it's been absolutely terrible. A little over a week ago I went to get acrylics for my sisters wedding. I spent $100 on a pedicure (came out terrible and started chipping a day later) and gel acrylics (which I asked for powder but for some reason she insisted that she couldn't do powder I don't even know why). Three hours later one of my nails broke off and I noticed that one of my nails was completely shorter than the rest and some of them were bumpy. I rushed back in and she re-did it and I had her shorten the rest to make them even in length and shape them better to get rid of the bumps. Fast forward a week and there are now cracks in some of my nails, the one she re-did is lifting and another one cracked and broke off. I've never had this happen before. I don't normally complain or write negative reviews but it's DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. I'll be finding a new salon to go to from now on.

TERRIBLE PLACE the chick used a dremel to take off color gel resulting in thinning my natural nails to failure. When she reapplied the color gel it wasnt even 24 hours before my nails started breaking straight across the natural nail into the pulp and bleeding. Its been almost 3 months and I'm still growing it out and still having issues. If you're desperate enough to go to this hillbilly nail salon do not go to ANY of the old ladies or you'll end up with a hand full of bloody painful nails too.
This has never happened to me in 30 years of having my nails done. Just unbelievable.

I love this place!☆☆☆☆☆ They are nice. Know how to do nails professionally. My nails have never looked so good!
