I had my first appointment at the Natural Nail Spa on Saturday. Everything was very clean and nice looking in the salon, but unfortunately my experience was lacking. I’m not a fan of pedicures, but scheduled one because I’m 23 weeks pregnant and it’s getting more and more difficult to care for my feet the way I’d like to. First, I noticed that they didn’t clean under my toenails during the pedicure. I will say they were very careful to make sure I was comfortable during the experience, knowing I didn’t like pedicures.
I also had a manicure done. One of my biggest concerns with my nails is the dry skin around my nails which wasn’t properly cared for. I paid for the Care to be Natural manicure expecting full care of my cuticles which didn’t happen.
The day I got home, one of my fingernail’s polish chipped, and today my toenail polish chipped. It's disappointing. Everyone was very nice, but I don’t know that I will be returning.

I’m surprised that there is anything other than 5 star ratings...I have been going to the salon for 3 years and had nothing but great experiences every time. The place, people and work are all wonderful. Not a single complaint.

service was awful. I do not recommend this place. I tried booking a appointment in person for two people and the girl wouldn't book us in. I guess the didn't want more business. So we went to H20 Nail salon works with Natural nails they do a awesome job! Ask for the dip polish!

Nail and toes are great here. I got my hair cut and colored for the first time here last week. Good price for great work!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. had a small problem with my nails the first time i got them done which was probably my fault for not saying anything but went back and they fixed my nails. I will definitely recommend this place will be going back for my balance in a couple weeks.
