Yeah, I was a first time customer excited to get my nails done since the pandemic and me working. I went to this nail salon on a Friday. The place is nice, but the wait time could be better. By Thursday I was back at that same nail shop trying to figure out why my nails were lifting up and it wasn’t even a week! She glued two nails back down. The next day, the rest of my nails started lifting up. A man did my nails and his wife kept saying he’s good. He does good work, when clearly he doesn’t. I had to go to another nail salon to get my nails redone correctly spending more money. I won’t be a returning customer.

I got short, full set, coffin shape, acrylic nails and paid $38. The price was high but I wasn’t tripping about it because I’d figured it was worth it-I was WRONG. The lady that did my nails was very friendly but I was in that nail shop for 3 hours before they got to me and it was not even packed. When I finally got them done- I had to admit; my nails were pretty and glossy. However, a week after I got them done half of one nail was missing, 2 fell off and 1 was chipped. If you’re looking for friendly faces-this is the place to go but for if you want long lasting nails for cheap. You are sadly mistake. I will not be going again.

I went to the one on poplar and Elianna did my nails. VERY clean and actually so so nice inside! I showed her a picture and she literally did the picture (which is hard to find) AND still customized it making sure I liked it each step of the way! She knew what she was doing and was professional. I got a pedicure as well and it felt amazing and they really took their time! The massage chairs and foot massage/exfoliant they used very wonderful. I highly recommend!

Walked in as a first time customer and no one said a word no one acknowledged that I walked in, told me where to sign in, or even looked up. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Looks nice on the inside but will definitely not be recommending them to anyone or ever visiting again.

If I want a good mani pedi they are my go to.. they always do a great job! But they can definitely be a little on the pricey side depending on what you get. But its worth it for me ❤
