I will never be spending my money or recommend anyone to come to this nail salon. I walked in hoping to see if a specific nail tech was available or otherwise make an appointment for the following day. Luckily I was told his 5 pm appointment cancelled and I was asked if I wanted to take the time slot. Naturally I said yes and told the receptionist I needed a full set. I left to run some errands and then came back at 4:45. I sat and waited until 5:40 before said specific nail tech was done. While I was waiting I asked the receptionist if he was close to being done or if I should come back. He told me he was finishing up and I was next. When I sat in the chair and showed him my nails that were clearly in dire need of a full set he proceeded to tell me that he had an appointment at 6 and was unable to do a full set but he could fill them in. Once again... had there been full transparency I would have just scheduled an appointment for the following day rather than wasting my time sitting for almost an hour with nothing to show for it. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never be coming here again. If you value your time I suggest you frequent a different nail salon that respects and values your time. Because clearly Myano nails spa didn’t value mine.

I don’t often get my nails done anywhere except my local salon. However, I recently went on a business trip to Seattle, and as I hadn’t had time to get a manicure before I left and was overdue for one, and I had some free time on my first day in Seattle, I came here for a gel manicure. The salon looked very nice and appeared clean. However, while my manicure looked very good at first, it began to chip and crack within two days. I normally get a good two weeks from a gel manicure at my regular salon; my manicure usually grows out before it begins to chip. I did not recognize the brand of polish (my local salon uses OPI and IBD polishes), so it may have been due to poor quality product or bad nail prep. I would normally go back to the manicurist and ask for the job to be repaired, but I didn’t have time before I had to fly home so I immediately had to get another manicure upon my return home. I’m sure you can get a great manicure in Seattle; just not here.

Had to walk out of this place unfortunately. Showed up for an appointment, 20 minutes later still had barely been acknowledged. Finally flagged down the front desk guy and tried to ask a question about the products used, and he literally walked away from me mid-sentence. I waited a bit longer, still no one brought me in for my appointment, and when I told the front desk guy that I was leaving because no one was helping me and he’d walked away while I asked a basic question (about gel polish) he didn’t seem concerned. Obviously customer service isn’t their priority.

Less than good nail job. Asked for pink tips and the lines weren't even ir clean looking. Looks amateur.
