Madison Nails is just 3 blocks my house. I love that! And most of the employees do a great job. But I'm tired of being bullied into buying a service that I do not want. One gal kept on and on for me to upgrade to a solor fill which is 10$ more. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford it and I told her over and over. The lady she was working on said she would pay the solor for me! That was so very nice of her. But I felt bad. I think she offered to pay the 10$ extra just to shut up the employee.
Best days to go are Mon., Tues. and We'd. When they aren't so busy. On the other days I would call in for an appt.

I got a lady who was very rude and left every 2 minutes to help someone else. Didn't even bother cleaning my nails, just put 2 layers of nail polish and said "$26". Essentially I paid for a $26 coat of nail polish. I was in and out in 10 minutes and in between that time she got up 3 times to go help someone else. Would never go here again.

My friend suggested Madison Nails to me and I'm glad I listened. I had my nails dipped and they look great. Perfect length and shape for me. My nail tech, Katie, took her time and even gave me a hand massage after my nails were done. I will definitely return!

The job was done decent but boy, was my lady rude ! For no reason. Very rough with me, unfriendly and treated me like I was a bother. I looked around and most of the other girls seemed friendly. Just don't go to the girl who looks like she's 14! Rude !
