I don't think they respect customers' time. It maybe a trend, and their business might be blooming. I have waited for 30 mins for my appointment, left 2 voice messages, but no response. Alexa Huff-hairstylist never bothered to return my call or let me know if she would not be able to make it. Taking time off from my work, and paying for lyft to get a ride to the salon, plus waiting for 30 mins; do you honestly think it was worth it? Well, lessons learnt.

Molly Brickel just stood up my wife this afternoon after she had an appointment confirmed 6 weeks ago. We came in from out of town for the Snake Pit Ballard 500 and she wanted to get her hair styled. Molly texted her two hours before the appointment asking if my wife could come 45 minutes early and of course we could not because we were still driving to Indy. My wife replied she would get there as soon as possible but Molly Brickel never returned the text, didn’t answer calls and wasn’t there when my wife showed up for the appointment (early!). If you have an important event or want someone you can count on, I would look for someone else to help you.

Brian Layton does wonderful color and terrific cuts. He always stays up to date on the newest and best products for my hair! I love his sassy personality!

I recently just shaved my head... and I was in town looking for a NAIL spa to get my nails done, not my hair.. but I walked in and i was looked at very rudely and was ignored, the overall output of the place was negative. Don’t recommend whatsoever.

Each stylist has their private room decorated really neat to their personality instead of the usual open boring area you would get at a salon. It's quite cozy and relaxing. All stylist are trained, licensed, and extremely talented. Most of them use to work at MDG prior. The parking is street and only free Saturday and Sunday. The restroom is single person only and kept cleaned. I love going there each time and would trust anyone there to fix my hair.
