We found this business when we searched for acrylic nails. They were open early on a Sunday so we took our chances and came here as walk-ins yesterday. We had a slight wait for my girlfriend to go first (less than 10 minutes). She has the acrylic nails. Tina completed the fill in under half an hour. They look amazing. Tina took me next and I have dip powder. She took off my existing coats, and completed adding my choice in under 45 minutes. My nails are also great looking. The place is very clean and I like the layout of the facilities. You are not crammed in and pushing people out of the way when you have to wash your hands in between treatments. I live in Florida now and was just visiting this weekend. But I will always come back here when I am in CT and need my nails done and will ask for Tina. In the various places I go to both in CT and Florida it takes well over an hour to change my dip powder. Tina is truly amazing and I never felt like she was rushing and I got exactly the look I asked for. I truly recommend this place to everyone!!

I found 99 nails & spa after having a few bad experiences with other nail salons in Waterbury. Sophia is amazing, kind and super attentive to my nails. She also does my nails and pedicure in a timely manner. The salon is extremely clean and visually appealing. The staff is super friendly which makes me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to having my mommy/ alone time here. It is very relaxing and most importantly they follow all Covid 19 rules.

Sophia is very gentle, quick and does amazing art work. She very professional and attends to all your needs. She did an amazing job on my nails and toes… 10 Stars

I been there for about four times and I promise each time I go it keeps getting better and better. Every time I leave I'm so happy with my nails. I'm a hair dresser and it's important that my nails stay strong which they have been. The last time I went I seen Le and I fell in love she did AMAZING ON MY NAILS AND WITHOUT A SINGLE PINCH OR PAIN. I highly recomm
end this place. Worth the money 100%

Had an appointment for 6 pm today. Spoke them to confirm I was there for a 6 pm appointment. Arrived early and was never acknowledged after. After 2 clients came in and was serviced, I asked if they forgot about me. The male technician stated he was going to take care of me. Mind you, the people that I was meeting there is almost done. This is at 6:17. @6:30pm, the male tech took another client, then told me someone else was going to service me. I waited for 30 minutes after an appointment to not be serviced at all while they attended to walk in. Another client was even surprised because they observed me waiting. I didn't receive an apology or anything. They need better customer service. Will not be back.
