THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE QUALITY WORK, HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. PLACE IS STRAIGHT TRASH ...AND THEY OVERCHARGE. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES. THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE DOGS!

Staff is okay I guess. Definitely rushed service. The hours they have placed on google are completely wrong. They never open until 10:30 pm. One day I called and asked if I could come in by 8:00pm and they said okay. I showed up at 7:45 and they were already closed. Seems to me like they’re lazy. They open at 11:00 am and close before 8:00pm. LAZY

Help shut this place down. The lady filed the top of my nail bed until it is paper thin. Almost started bleeding. My nails are so thin and sensitive now, it bends everytime I try to wash my hair. Its like skin, my nails are so paper thin that i can feel temperture with my nails. I told her to stop carving the top of my nail but she told me thats normal & that if you put gel on it, it will get thicker. I know normal, and carving the top of nail until it gets paper thin is not normal. HEALTH is number one then beauty. Dont let this place continue to give infections on peoples nails just because of their ill practice. Other nail salons wanted to know who the eff did this to my nails, answer is fresh meadows nail salon must be shut down. Question, how do you leave 0 stars?

Staff isn't friendly and the shop wasn't clean. The nail tech didn't clean utensil or table that she was using. This is a NO!
