Definitely not a fan of the way they're calling system is setup. Amazon failed to share the delivery instructions with UPS. I don't think it's the stores fault. They handled everything well after I finally got through to someone on the other side of the planet and had them tell the store I was trying to call to call me.

Disappointed by a rude staff member! Ran out of packing tape and one employee (younger woman with tattoos on her left arm) was very nice and waived the taping fee. She notified me of the taping fee for the future which I acknowledged. An older woman with , short brown hair who was covering notary tasks (and not wearing a mask) saw that some of my packages were untaped and told me that they “ didn’t need to see what was inside.” Excuse me? This is a shipping center. Told her I had already been notified about the taping issue. I ended up not looking for my last Amazon code because of how rude I found this interaction and took my package and left. Will try not to return here. Found it rude and unprofessional.

I have been using this UPS store for years. The other day I went in and 2 other older people were already in the store. I waited for a long time to ask a question. Unfortunately the staff were too busy on their own phones to help older people with the new technology. I tried to be patient, but I had to leave after trying to print something using my smart phone. Business is bad enough in Lake County without the younger people not taking the to help all the customers. How unfortunate.

Rude. Closed early even tho they said open until 330 on door they closed at 3. I paid 86 dollars to have overnight on a Saturday. and in voice mail when calling said Closed at 3:30. I got there at three and they were not going to give me my package
