Felt I was rushed for my appointment. Next time I am going to back to Pearle Vision for exam. Will be treated better. Purchased prescription sunglasses and had to return them twice because everything was blurry. They sent them out and still blurry. My glasses caused vertigo, Took them back, and eyes re-checked. New lenses put in and same problem. Very expensive lesson. Recently went back and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a copy of my prescription and will get another pair made. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Took 2 weeks for my glasses to show up. Hours say till 8 pm on the day they finally say they’re ready show up to get the glasses and they’re closed at 4:30 pm not 8.

First off the nurse was incredibly rude. I e never been here before and she was in a rush and as soon as she left the room she was on her phone. I don't mean office phone, I mean personal conversation on her phone and I could hear her whole 10 minute conversation. So clearly the phone was more important than her job, but whatever. Then comes in dr. Borland, she was nice until...she wasn't so nice. I do give her points for being thorough but it was like she was trying to get through this visit. Don't go here, I feel like she thinks everything is a joke!

Tried to make an appointment all morning. Just held and held. Forget it- they must be filthy rich and don’t need any more patients.

My appointment was at 2pm (got there exceptionally early) they called everyone back before me. I was never seen, I ended up walking out at 2:50. People were arriving at 2:30-2:40 for their appointments and they were even called back before me. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
