So I go here and the technician lady and receptionist both had their phones laying out on the counter. Some dude comes in asking for "donations for his basketball team"
And in the blink of an eye he's gone with both their phones...
Please hang on tight to your phones....or put insurance on them.
Nice people, though...I feel really bad for the lady but she rushed me out of there due to the circumstances and charged me full price...

When I arrived the technician told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I waited over 20 minutes. Very small selection of gel colors - no salon brands (OPI, Essie) for gel manicures. Can’t speak to cleanliness of tools, no autoclave/sterilization container in sight. The woman doing the manicure didn’t seem entirely confident. Disappointing manicure - kind of sloppy, uneven top coat, paint doesn’t go to the edge of most nails. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid. Also, salon owner had both music and TV playing at the same time - didn’t make for a relaxing experience. I don’t recommend this place, and will not be returning.

Great salon with good prices. All the technicians are trained the same with a touch of perfectionism when it come to cuticles and shaping. I've been to several salons around the Lincoln Park/Lakeview area and would definitely recommend this one.

Long story short- good place for inexpensive and fast services. I went to the Diversey location for a hand/toe polish change and brow wax. I was the only one there (it was later 8pm ish) and the only woman working was really friendly and quick. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I'm not sure about the other bad reviews- I had a pleasant experience and my nails were done well. The eyebrows were good for a general clean up- I normally go to a threading salon for sculpting but she got the job done! It was cheap ~40 for hand/toe polish change and brow wax.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. After using her tools on me, she took them over to the pedicure station to another lady prior to properly sanitizing them. So gross!
