I decided to try the place since it was close to my house. I needed a treat for myself. I will definitely NOT go back... 1st of all, I don't like that they don't speak English, when they are talking about you to other employees. I know this because the older man there came over to look at how my nails were yellow from doing my own nails (he told me this a couple of times after the girl doing my nails spoke to him and yes, she spoke broken english). 2nd, the girl pushed back the cuticles, but did not trim them off. 3rd..she took a "sander/grinder" to the top of each nail, and now several nails have marks across the nail. I tried the "gel" polish, as they guaranteed it for 2-3 weeks. Well, I think my nails look terrible for a French manicure, and for $45...I expected a lot more. Are the licensing exams in Chinese, but the licenses in English?

At first i thought this place wasnt half bad, kind of odd but the people seemed nice and the other customers there seemed happy. I first got a manicure which went fine not the greatest but not horrible but what completely grossed me out about this place was the pedicure. when i went over to the pedicure chair i saw that the drains and spary nozzels on all the chairs where covered in discusting nasty mold. The feet tubs looked like they had never been cleaned out! EVER! it was sick. As well i saw the lady who do did my pedicure dry off the gloves she had just used when doing my pedicure and put them back in the drawer to use again. It was clear that she had been reusing those gloves serval times. I wouldnt go back here if my life depened on it. Great service but its not worth the possible fungal infection.
