Best pedicure I think I've ever had
Today was my third visit to Thao's and I have nothing but love for this wonderful place. My nails look exquisite. Shaped perfectly, smooth and glossy. I recommend very highly!! First and second photos are from today the last one is from my previous dip.

Worst Customer Service
I went to this nail salon to get my gel manicure done. After 9 days of using them, my nail polishes were peeling off (on the pictures; the owner of the nail salon peeled them off to see if I was telling the truth), so I went there and asked politely if they can re-do my nails and I was happy to pay some of the service, but my request turned into a disaster. She made me look like I was taking advantage of them and offered me to fix the ones that (she) peeled off. Even though the person at the front desk tried to explain her that it was a fair request, she wasn’t trying to help/fix the situation at all. After 10mins of conversation, I couldn’t take it anymore and left. I’m getting my nails done at Lee’s nail salon because it was closed on Sunday, I have tried this nail salon. I have never had an issue with Lee’s nail salon. My nail polishes stay on AT LEAST 2 weeks if not more. So disappointed with the attitude of the OWNER, I will never go back to Thao’s Nail & Spa.
Update: I told everything I shared above to the owner! Owner’s answer is absolutely untrue and only validates my rating!

Wow! Absolutely the best salon experience I have ever had. Not only is Thao incredible and talented but her facility is beautiful and clean! Her whole team worked together to make for a pleasant experience for every client in there. My nails look amazing and I feel so pampered.

This is my new favorite nail salon! I called 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and the owner graciously let me walk in despite the late notice. She took her time to take off my acrylics (a service they don't typically offer) and paid great attention to detail when doing my manicure. I will definitely be returning here and will be recommending this to all my friends and family

I had a gel manicure done here, and it was a lovely experience. They accommodated me at short notice, were welcoming to my children (who sat and watched a movie), and the manicure was great. It is my first experience with organic gel nails. The salon has a range of organic products, including 5-free and 7-free.
Also I am a nail biter, and I am at 2 months without biting. I began this journey in California. My nail technician at Thao's was careful to work with my thin, struggling nails, and I will definitely be returning. I would recommend this location to other nail biters, moms with kids in tow (mine are well behaved and used to sitting in a salon, as a caveat!), and people looking for organic materials.
The check in staff were friendly and efficient and the price was comparable to other places I have been.
