At first I loved it there! it was the best place to get your nails done! however there is an old lady there that seems like she doesn't know what she's doing what so ever. I had a pedicure appointment, I got there a little early and they gladly sat me down, another lady came in right after me and sat right next to me. An old lady started doing my toes and what not, I thought she was doing good to be completely honest. The lady next to me was helped by someone else, 35 minutes later the lady was done and the one doing my nails was struggling... It took her 2 hours to do my pedicure. Simple pink gel nails.... on top of that she charged $36! I was told it was $21 but they decided to charge me more afterwards! DO NOT GO IN IF YOU'RE EXPECTING CUTE AFFORDABLE NAILS. THEY'RE SO UNORGANIZED

This place is disgusting. When I first went there they did fantastic job but my second the owner of the place did my gel manicure. She was so unprofessional, on the phone all the time and did really bad job almost ruin my natural nails.
Didn’t recommend this place at all. Save your money go somewhere else not here. This is the worst place for nails.

The first time i got my nails done here they were good the 2nd not so great they were awful i gave the shop another chance and the service was great i got to go in and not jave to wait for service. Im glad i gave the shop another chance to redeem them self. I will be going there to do my nails from now on.

Very comfortable setting, close to home. Love Vanessa when she does my nails. She friendly, fast and always does a great job. All of them are good but we all have our favorites. I go no where else but Lucky Nails

I came to get a pedicure they set me in the chair immediately when I got here the water is cold but I figured hey I'll be in and out BUT I HAVE NOW BEEN SITTING WITH MY FEET IN THIS COLD
ass water FOR 56 MINUTES nobody has said anything looked my way nothing while everyone else around me that got here after me had come and gone and now so am I. I came here because it was close to the house never again not will I recommend to any of my family or friends..UPDATE: now at the nail salon next to walmart in Pittsburg loving it they are really taking care of me great work I'll be coming here from now on
