I started going to this place two months ago only because someone gave me a gift certificate. The three times I went I was pleased with their services but today I was upset. First I picked the Traditional Pedicure which is #2 on the menu. I wanted the hot wax instead she gave me the Hot Towels. I never said anything about it. After polishing my toenails the tech tries to slide my slippers on sideways and I told her I would get nail polish inside of my slippers she went on to ignore me and proceeds to put my slippers on anyway. While doing that nail polish got on my New Tory Burch slippers. I showed her and she gets a cotton ball and put nail polish remover on my slipper to get the polish off my shoes and end up fading my slippers which costs over $200.00. I asked for management and told them about it. The only thing they could say is Sorry and gave me a discount on my pedicure and also begged me not to contact the owner. I won't be going back to this location.

They do not do what you want they do what they want. And the nails broke off with in 2 days. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have had my cuticles cut so agressively multiple times to where I had thick scabs along my nail bed. (Mind you, After 12x of coming here I have NEVER GOTTEN EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED...)I do not know why I repeatedly made the same mistake of giving them my business. Especially since early on realizing there is little to no sanitation done in this salon.
SO EXACTLY 1 1/2 WKS AFTER I GOT MY INDIVIDUAL LASHES DONE, MY INDIVIDUALS WERE ALREADY FALLING OUT....???
ALONG WITH THEM CAME MY ACTUAL LASHES....
THEY WERE GLUED DOWN TO THE FOLLICLE....
After I realized I had little to no eye lashes on my left eye...... I called and went up to the salon. Demanded some type of sympathetic gesture and got EYE ROLLS and not a single offer for a refund. I got "That's how your eyelashes looked before" (when I can prove with pictures that is not so) & "I'll do your lashes again for you?" NO LADY, BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR FEAUX EYELASH JOB I WOKE UP WITHOUT ANY natural lashes. I know my lashes will grow back I am more infuriated with the lack of customer service I have received.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done! They get it right every time, no matter who is doing it. Everyone is really friendly and they get you in and out quickly. They can do any design you want... Amazing!
