Went here for gel nail color. The guy I usually go to in coconut creek was out of town and since I was going to Boca mall I figured I'd go here even though they are pretty pricy. The guy I had was nice but he didn't do a very good job or listen to what I was requesting (maybe because he didn't understand me). Definitely won't go back.

I have had several manicures and pedicures here, and have never been happy with the quality of work. I wouldn't mind their HIGH prices if the job was good. The breaking point however was when they charged me $25 for gel polish for my pedicure. So pedicure costs $29 + $25 = $54. I asked the manger why was it so much and he proceeded to tell me the price for the gel polish was and an extra $25. I told him they should have disclosed that it was extra. He then told me that it is listed in the menu and I should have read the menu. I'm sorry but I don't think that it is fair to charge me such a crazy charge without first saying "hey you do know that it is an extra $25" when the going rate for gel manicure is usually $10 (or $15 here). Why on earth would it cost $10 more for gel on your toes. Not cool! My family will take their business else where!

I got a gel manicure and regular nail polish pedicure. I picked the color 534 from DND. They said had the color in both gel and regular. Even though the bottles read 534, the regular polish and the gel polish were two different colors, neither one were the color on the display nail. As i was leaving i asked the staff why my nails were a different color from the color i chose on the display and they said “the displays are different because they are painted on a white plastic and so the nail polish looks different on your real nails. The difference was DRASTIC and this was clearly just an excuse. Who knows what products are really being used on people at this place. Not to me tion i never saw any type of sanitation devices or practices. Maybe if they werent twice the price as other salons it wouldnt surprise me but being that they upcharge so much you would expect to get what you pay for. Not the case and never going back.

Staff its really nice. I've been coming here for. A long time.. Get my nails n pedicure.. Its very relaxing after long week.. Of working hard..

Took my granddaughter for her birthday. Found pricing to be much higher but guess that's the area. Also the tech, don't know
who did her nails but he seemed unhappy to be working . She said he didn't speak to her once and seemed angry. Others were nice though.
