Great cleanliness and hygienic protocols. I was very impressed. My chair was cleaned before I sat down. Everyone was spaced and empty chair in between. All wore masks. Plexiglas in between customer and employee. Thumbs up. I will be back.

I have been coming here close to two years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Not once. Everyone is amazing and kind and patient. Even when they get busy and it’s buzzing , the staff is warm and welcoming. I bring my daughters here also, and they range in ages from 8-17, and they’ve always been so kind and sweet with them. I always get whoever is available for a pedicure and EVERY ONE is amazing!! After COVID my normal manicurist left and I have made my appointments with Jessica and she’s just the best. But they ALL are. They take pride in their work and their time.. and YOUR time. The teens that work the front desk and the phone are so nice and well-mannered also. Highly recommend!! (Also they serve a full bar)

Let me first say, i’m from Dallas and have very high expectations of nail places because it’s so competitive there compared to San Antonio. This is the only salon that I have found that does such a nice job not only with the nail services but also in the way that they run things. The employees are very happy and always in a nice black top. And very friendly. They give you drinks while you’re there which is also nice.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were seen earlier than expected. Nam was awesome, I love my nails. My 8 yo daughter had a pedi for the first time and the ladies were very sweet with her.
My french pedicure is so pretty. Thank you everyone.
I will definitely return soon.

The customer service from the girls who work the front desk are rude, rushy and seem annoyed. However, I have going here for years and as a fair review I am giving this a 5. The manager is always making sure you are taken care of and she provides guest with great customer service. I love the the ladies who provide me with the services rendered. They have great attitudes and I always leave satisfied with the end results, that is why I come back.
