When it comes to hands, I would give this place 5 STARS! Victoria is the BEST nail tech I've had in Virginia in terms of technique. My nails are always impeccable. Her sister also does a really clean job as well. And when she was going on a long trip, she was able to recommend staff in her absence that would not disappoint!
For me, my pedicure experiences have been lacking, so I go elsewhere for those.
But if you are big on shaping, consistency, uniform quality, and nail color/decoration variety, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

What’s crazy is my best friend recommended this place to get our eyebrows done, and I already had a “brow lady.” But I was highly impressed! I also had a pedicure done with them. It seems like each time gets better and better. Everyone is so friendly! and it’s easy to check in and check out! Will definitely keep this place as my number 1 spot, especially since I’m closer to the area now. Thanks!

I am so disappointed in this place. I was a regular costumer here for about a year but I have been disappointed with my nails the last three visits here. I tried a new technician each time hoping for better results. This last visit was horrible. There is gel nail polish stuck to my skin, my nail shape is uneven/not uniformed, AND I was charged extra to file down my nails. What shop charges extra to file down nails?! Not only that, but she burned my leg with hot water because she wasn’t paying attention during my pedicure and burned my skin when filing too hard to shape my nails. I went back in to see what the manager could do about the polish stuck to my skin (on every finger) but she couldn’t help much since it was busy and had to tend back to her customer. So not only did I pay full price plus a tip for the service, but now I have to go home and try to fix their work. If you have an emergency and need to go here, only make an appointment to see Justin because he does great work.

Victoria is AMAZING. Her shaping is always impeccable with a lot of design and style options. I just tell her what I want or if I don’t know what I want & she delivers. Staffing is sufficient and they all are always friendly. I have never seen or heard anything about “violations” or “bugs” and I have been coming here for about 2 years. You are greeted as soon as you walk in & there’s no pressure about getting gel polish vs regular polish. Pricing is openly posted & they give you rewards for using cash, plus the atm is surcharge-free.

I visited this shop on a whim on Mother’s Day and was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness, and cleanliness of the shop. I do not get my nails done regularly but when I do, I often hold my breathe as I expect to be treated rudely in an unprofessional environment (other shops). This place EXCEEDED my expectations and I LOVED the jelly foot spa and gel mani/pedi!!! Thank you for making my mother’s day special!!
